My Town Inagi 2017 Yukiko Ishii

Update date: September 15, 2017

25th Japan Women's Challenge Cup Physique Championship Winner Mama-san Builder

Ms. Ishii, who works at the Inagi City General Gymnasium, won the 25th Japan Women's Challenge Cup Physique Championship held in August 2017. This year's competition was sponsored by the Japan Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, and 13 people from all over the country showed off their well-trained bodies.
Unlike bodybuilding, physique is not a sport that competes for muscle size, but a well-balanced body. It is a competition that includes scoring items such as a narrow waist, big shoulders, and hairstyle.
Just one year after starting training with the desire to become a healthy body, he has achieved results in various competitions. Even now, I train every day while changing the parts I train, and I am increasing my motivation for the next competition.
At the end of the interview, he said, "I want to be active in the rest of this year's tournament without forgetting to thank everyone around me."
