Information Disclosure System
The city has established the "Inagi City Information Disclosure Ordinance" and is implementing an information disclosure system.
The institutions implementing this are the Mayor, Board of Education, Election Administration Commission, Audit Committee, Agricultural Committee, Fixed Asset Valuation Review Committee, Fire Chief, Inagi City Hospital Business Administrator, and the City Council.
Anyone can request the disclosure of administrative information held by the city. This ensures that the city fulfills its responsibility to explain city administration, promotes fair and transparent administration, and encourages citizen participation in city governance.
Request for Disclosure of Administrative Information
You can request the disclosure of documents, drawings, photographs, films, and electromagnetic records (such as image data and audio data) that have been created or obtained by staff in the course of their duties and are held by the city for organizational use.
Billing Method
- Please fill out the necessary information on the request form for disclosure of administrative information and submit it to the Document Legal Affairs Division at Inagi City Hall. You may also send it by mail or fax. If sending by mail, please address it to "2111 Higashi-Naganuma, Inagi City, Postal Code 206-8601, Document Legal Affairs Division, Inagi City Hall". If sending by fax, please send it to "042-377-4781". Additionally, the request form is also available at the Document Legal Affairs Division on the 5th floor of City Hall.
- When making a request, it is necessary to specify the administrative document that contains the details of the request as much as possible. If you have any questions, please consult the Document Legal Affairs Division in advance.

Open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on business days (Mail and fax are accepted at any time.)
Disclosure
We will disclose information except for the following.
- Information that is deemed not to be publicly disclosed as stipulated by laws and regulations
- Information about individuals that can identify a specific person, or information that cannot identify a specific person but may harm the rights and interests of individuals if made public.
- Data converted for computer reading of physical characteristics such as fingerprints and veins, as well as information such as individual-specific numbers like driver's license numbers and passport numbers.
- Information related to corporations, etc., that is recognized as potentially damaging to their competitive position, business operations, or other social status when made public.
- Information on crime prevention and investigation
- Information related to deliberations in municipal agencies, which may unjustly compromise the neutrality of decision-making or unduly benefit specific individuals when made public.
- Information related to the affairs conducted by municipal agencies, which may hinder the proper execution of such affairs if made public.
- Information voluntarily provided by a third party on the condition of confidentiality
Method of Disclosure
Once the disclosure is ready, staff will contact the requester. Please receive the viewing or copy at the City Hall 5th floor information disclosure corner. Additionally, copies can also be sent by mail.
Cost
There is no fee, but if you wish to receive a copy or have it mailed, you will need to pay the actual cost of copying and shipping via a payment slip.
In the case of mailing, the payment slip will be sent along with the notification of the disclosure decision, and after the payment is confirmed, the copy will be mailed to you.
Relief Systems, etc.
If it is decided that the requested administrative information cannot be disclosed and you are dissatisfied with that decision, you can file a request for examination.
When a request for examination is made, the Inagi City Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Review Committee, which is an external organization, will conduct the hearing, and the implementing agency will make a ruling based on the results.
