Omission of seal on estimate

In Inagi City, in order to promote the review of seal usage and improve the efficiency of contract operations, we will change the handling of seals on estimates as follows.

Omission of Seal on Quotation

Contents of Handling

When submitting a quotation for a project for which Inagi City has requested a quotation, it will be possible to provide only a "signature" instead of the conventional "signature and seal."

• Note 1: "Named" means to indicate the address (location) and name (business name and representative's name, etc.) using a computer or rubber stamp, etc.
• Note 2: Estimates with a "signature and seal" as before will also be treated as valid.
• Note 3: If you do not affix a seal, please be sure to clearly state the "Name of the person in charge," "Affiliation," and "Contact information" for the relevant estimate.

Applicable Documents

Estimate (Signature and seal are required for contracts and letters of acceptance.)

Start Date of Application

This will apply to contracts concluded on or after April 1, 2023.
