Inagi City Construction Performance Evaluation Guidelines

The Inagi City Construction Performance Evaluation Guidelines (effective April 1, 2007) apply to construction contracts ordered by Inagi City from the fiscal year 2007 onwards.

Overview

Evaluation Target

The target of the construction performance evaluation is construction work with a contract amount exceeding 5 million yen. Even if the contract amount at the time of the contract is 5 million yen or less, if it exceeds 5 million yen due to contract changes, it will be subject to the construction performance evaluation.

Notification to Contractors

In order to promote the assurance of quality in contracted construction work and to improve technical skills, the evaluation results of the construction will be notified to the contractor.

Publication of Evaluation Results

For construction projects that are rated as excellent, good, or poor, we will publish the project name, contractor name, and other details on this website. Additionally, measures will be taken to suspend the contractors who receive a poor rating.

Establishment of the Complaints Review Committee

We will establish the Inagi City Construction Performance Evaluation Complaint Review Committee to investigate and deliberate on complaints regarding construction performance evaluations from contractors.
