The guidelines for the comprehensive evaluation bidding method of Inagi City and the criteria for determining the successful bidder have been revised as follows.
Furthermore, the revised guidelines and criteria will be applied to projects announced on or after August 1, 2024.

Overview of the Revision of the Trial Guidelines (Effective April 1, 2019)

Part of Article 7 of the trial guidelines will be amended as follows.
【Before Amendment】The Bid price is within the range of the minimum limit price and the planned price.
【After Amendment】The Bid price is within the range of the planned price.

Overview of the Revision of the Bidder Selection Criteria (Applicable from April 1, 2019)

Change in the Calculation Formula for Price Evaluation Points

The calculation formula for price evaluation points will be revised as follows.
【Before Revision】Price Evaluation Points = 100 × (1 - Bid Price / Estimated Price)
【After Revision】
a) When the Bid Price is equal to or greater than the Price Evaluation Standard Amount
Price Evaluation Points = 100 × (1 - Bid Price / Estimated Price)
b) When the Bid Price is less than the Price Evaluation Standard Amount
Price Evaluation Points = Price Evaluation Standard Amount Points - {100 × (1 - Bid Price / Estimated Price) - Price Evaluation Standard Amount Points} - 0.5

Note: The price evaluation standard amount shall be in accordance with the minimum limit price as stipulated in Article 32 of the Inagi City Contract Administrative Regulations.

Change of evaluation items other than price

Some of the evaluation criteria other than price will be revised.
The newly added evaluation criteria are the following five items.
【New Evaluation Criteria】Construction management, employment of Older Adults, promotion of gender equality, improvement of labor environment, environmental consideration

In addition, due to the increase in the number of evaluation items other than price, the maximum score for evaluation points other than price will be changed from 20 points to 25 points.

Overview of the Revision of the Bidder Selection Criteria (Applicable from August 1, 2024)

Some of the evaluation criteria other than price will be revised.
The changed evaluation criteria are the following two items.
[Changed Evaluation Criteria] Track record of similar construction work, improvement of labor environment
