About mail request for taxation certificate / tax exemption certificate

When requesting a taxation (tax exemption) certificate by mail, enclose the following four items and send them to the Taxation Division.

1 Mail request form

Please obtain the application form from the following application download page. Following the example of the mail request application form obtained letter paper ( binsen ) You can also write it in.

2 Fixed-amount postal money order certificate ( English translation ) (for the number of invoices sent)

Please purchase it at the post office as it is required as a handling fee.

Note: If you are not an Inagi citizen when the application arrives, you will need a power of attorney even if you are a relative living together .
Example: If you need a certificate for both a husband and wife, you will need two application forms and one power of attorney (husband to wife, wife to husband, etc.).
