Updated: September 7, 2015
Inagi City has established a non-tax creditor in the Receiving Division since 2014 in order to maintain the fairness and fairness of payers, reduce the amount of public money arrears, and collect more effectively. The Non-tax Receivables Section takes over the receivables that have not been paid in the current fiscal year and have been delinquent (older fiscal years), and centrally collects them.
For those who do not respond to the demand notice, etc., or who are not willing to pay, regardless of the amount of the delinquency, we will file a delinquency disposition such as seizure of property based on laws and ordinances, a demand for payment, or a petition for compulsory execution to the court. , we will continue to work to secure our receivables.
If you have any problems with payment, please do not leave it as it is and immediately consult with the person in charge of non-taxable receivables.
What is disposition for delinquency
In order to forcibly collect the delinquent fee regardless of the intention of the delinquent person (delinquent person), after investigating the person's assets, deposits and savings, salary, life insurance, real estate, etc. It is a series of procedures to seize, convert (public auction), and pay the delinquent charges in full.
This procedure is stipulated by laws such as the Local Tax Law and the National Tax Collection Law, and if the city's tax collector deems it necessary, it can be done without the permission of the court.
Note: The after-school club upbringing fee cannot be seized due to delinquency, so we will file a complaint with the court and carry out compulsory execution.
