There are several ways to pay Inagi City's city tax (city/ metropolitan inhabitant tax, property tax/city planning tax, light vehicle tax (by classification), corporate citizen tax) and national health insurance tax.
Account transfer
By applying in advance, the payment will be automatically transferred from your designated bank account on each payment deadline. You don't have to worry about "forgot to pay", "dunning notices and overdue charges", and "missing claims for refunds" . There is no need to carry cash, so you can pay your taxes safely and securely.

Note : Please note that bank transfers cannot be made for past years, delinquent tax, city/metropolitan tax (special collection), and corporate municipal tax.

It is a method to bring the payment notice to the designated payment place and put it. Please see the table below for delivery locations.
In addition, you can pay at designated convenience stores nationwide 24 hours a day (may vary depending on the store), so please make use of it.

Note 1 : Municipal and metropolitan inhabitant tax (special collection) and corporate inhabitant tax cannot be paid at convenience stores.
Note 2 : You cannot pay at a convenience store if the amount exceeds 300,000 yen, if there is no barcode on the surface, if the barcode cannot be read, or if the expiration date has passed.
Note 3 : When paying at a convenience store window, the overdue fee will not be recalculated. If you pay after the due date, you may be charged a late fee separately .
Note 4 : At Inagi City Hall, in addition to weekdays, in principle, you can also pay on the second Sunday and fourth Saturday of each month, which is a holiday open agency day, at the Receipt Section .

Electronic payment by local tax unified QR code (eL-QR)
The following electronic payment is possible using the local tax unified QR code (eL-QR) printed on the payment slip.

Note 1: Electronic money payment can be paid by reading the local tax unified QR code directly from the corresponding application.
Note : Municipal/Metropolitan inhabitant tax (ordinary collection), property tax/city planning tax, light vehicle tax (classification), and national health insurance tax are eligible.
Note: Fees for credit card payment will be borne by the user.
Note: Receipts will not be issued for payments made using the QR code.
Note: After payment, it takes a certain amount of time for the city to confirm payment, so if you need a tax payment certificate immediately, please pay at a financial institution window or convenience store and present the receipt to the collection section.
Note: Smartphone payment app payment and mobile cash register payment using the barcode on the payment slip ended at the end of March 2023.
A local tax law unified QR code (eL-QR) will be printed on the payment slip.
