Easy application with a cash card! "Pay-easy account transfer reception service"

This is a service that allows you to easily apply for account transfer at the city hall, Hirao branch office, or Wakabadai branch office by reading your cash card into a dedicated device and entering your PIN.

Note 1: The application deadline for the dedicated postcard (account transfer request form) is about 50 days before the transfer date, while the application deadline for the page account transfer reception service is about 20 days before the transfer date. .
Note 2: There are also financial institutions that do not handle the Pay-easy account transfer reception service. For details, please refer to the following "Financial Institutions Handling Account Transfers".

• Same household (Limited to city residents.)

Note : The applicant (taxpayer or member of the same household) must be the account holder . (You cannot apply for a cash card that does not belong to you.)

1. Please come to Inagi City Hall (Receipt Section, Insurance and Pension Section if you are applying only for National Health Insurance tax), Hirao Branch Office or Wakabadai Branch Office.
2. We will verify your identity with your driver's license.
3. Please fill in your name, etc. on the account transfer contract application form (installed at each counter).
4. Swipe your cash card through the dedicated terminal and enter your PIN.
5. Please send me a copy of the application form.

With the above procedures, the application will be completed on the spot.

Please bring a bank card issued by a financial institution that handles pay-easy account transfer (for details, see "Finance institutions that handle account transfer" below.).
You will also need to enter your PIN when applying.
Note : Some biometric authentication cash cards cannot be accepted.

The application deadline and transfer date for account transfer are as shown in the table below.
Even if you apply by the deadline, we recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible , as there is a possibility that the account transfer will not be processed in time for the desired start date due to incomplete information.

The financial institutions that handle account transfers for city taxes, etc. in Inagi City are as shown in the table below.
Financial institutions whose "Pay-easy account transfer acceptability" is "Yes" handle Pay-easy account transfer.
Financial institutions for which "Pay-easy account transfer acceptance" is "not possible" can apply with a special postcard (account transfer request form) (for details, see the " Account Transfer " page). , Please note that you cannot apply for the page bank transfer reception service .

Note: In principle, only ordinary accounts (Japan Post Bank is a regular savings account) are supported . However, for Mizuho Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, checking accounts are also available.

• We will not notify you that the procedure has been completed or that the transfer has been completed , so please check your passbook, etc.
• For small two-wheeled vehicles (displacement over 250cc) that require a paper tax payment certificate at the time of vehicle inspection, the tax payment certificate will be sent in mid-June after the account transfer is confirmed.
• About fund transfer of light vehicle tax (classification percent), all vehicles of possession are targeted . Please note that you cannot select a vehicle.
