Easy application with cash card! "Pagey account transfer reception service"

This service allows you to easily apply for fund transfer at the counters of City Hall, Hirao Branch, and Wakabadai Branch by loading your cash card into a special device and entering your PIN .

Note 1: The application deadline for the special postcard (account transfer request form) is approximately 50 days before the transfer date, whereas the application deadline for the PayG account transfer reception service is approximately 20 days before the transfer date. .
Note 2: Some financial institutions do not offer the Pay-easy account transfer service. For more information, please see "Financial institutions that handle account transfer" below.

Note : The person applying (taxpayer or member of the same household) must be the account holder . (You cannot apply with a cash card that is not in your name.)

1. Please visit the Inagi City Hall (Collection Division, or Insurance and Pension Division if applying for National Health Insurance Tax only), Hirao Branch Office, or Wakabadai Branch Office.
2. We will verify your identity using your driver's license, etc.
3. Please fill in your name, etc. on the account transfer contract application form (located at each counter).
4. Please swipe your cash card on the dedicated terminal and enter your PIN number.
5. Please give me a copy of the application form.

By completing the above procedures, your application will be completed on the spot.

Open days (weekdays): 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Open days on holidays (generally the 2nd Sunday and 4th Saturday of each month): 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. 5 o'clock
Note : Only City Hall is open on holidays .

Please bring the following two items with you when applying.

Documents such as driver's license (For details, please see the " Identity Verification at the Storage Department " page.)

Please bring a cash card from a financial institution that accepts Pay-easy account transfers (for details, see ``Financial institutions that accept account transfers'' below).
You will also be required to enter your PIN number when applying.
Note : There are some items that cannot be accepted, such as biometric authentication cash cards.

The application deadline and transfer date for bank transfer are as shown in the table below.
Please note that even if you apply by the deadline, due to incomplete information, etc., you may not be able to transfer your account in time for your desired start date, so we recommend that you submit your application early .

Financial institutions that handle account transfers for city taxes, etc. in Inagi City are listed in the table below.
Financial institutions whose "Acceptability of Pay-E-Pay Account Transfers" is set to "Acceptable" handle Pay-E-Pay Account Transfers.
For financial institutions whose "Acceptance of account transfer" is set to "Not possible", you can apply using a special postcard (account transfer request form) (for details, please see the " Account Transfer " page). Please note that applications cannot be made using the Page Bank account transfer reception service .

Note: In principle, only regular accounts (Japan Post Bank's regular savings account) are supported . However, current accounts at Mizuho Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ Bank are also available.

• We will not notify you that the procedure has been completed or the transfer has been made , so please check your bankbook to confirm.
• For small two-wheeled vehicles (engine displacement over 250cc) for which a paper tax payment certificate is required at the time of vehicle inspection, the tax payment certificate will be sent in mid-June after confirmation of bank transfer.
• Regarding light vehicle tax (type discount) account transfer, all vehicles owned are eligible . Please note that you cannot select the vehicle.
