  • Note 1: There may be cases that do not apply to the above, such as owning properties separately and jointly.
  • Note 2: The land registry and building registry for viewing do not include the owner's address, owner's name, etc.

Available Procedure Dates

From 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on regular business days (on holiday service days, from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM)
Note: The issuing counter on holiday service days is the Taxation Division, Municipal Resident Tax Section at City Hall, and the services provided are limited to the issuance of assessment value certificates, public tax certificates, and the list of taxable properties. Additionally, requests by mail are available.

Request by Mail

In the case of a request by mail, please enclose the following four items and send them to the Taxation Division, Land Section and Building Section.

  1. Various Application Forms (Please obtain them at the link below)
    Note: In the case of a corporation, please affix the corporate representative seal (round seal) to the application form.
  2. A copy of a document that can verify your identity (please refer to the identity verification section of the Application Form)
    Note: If someone other than the applicant is applying, a power of attorney is required (this is necessary even for family members).
  3. Fixed amount postal money order (can be purchased at the post office) as a fee
    • Note: Please enclose an amount equal to the number of requests. (Please ensure there is no change.)
    • Note: The validity period is 6 months from the date of issue. For administrative reasons, please send a fixed amount postal money order that has at least 10 days remaining in its validity period.
  4. Return envelope (with postage affixed and address written)
    Note: The address on the return envelope must be the same as the address of the applicant on the Application Form.

From April 1, 2020, we have revised various usage fees and charges from the perspective of achieving (1) sustainable administrative operations, (2) appropriate burden sharing between users and non-users, and (3) responding to the increase in the consumption tax rate.
