Online Application for Property Tax Certificates

Types of Certificates Available for Online Application

・Property Tax Ledger (Issuance of a copy of the fixed asset tax ledger)
・Valuation Certificate (Land, Buildings)
・Public Tax Certificate (Land, Buildings)

Items Required for Online Application

・Smartphone (with IC card reading function)
・Smartphone app "My Sign"
・My Number Card (with valid electronic signature certificate)
・PIN for inputting ticket information (4 digits)
・PIN for electronic signature certificate (6 digits or more)
・Credit card or PayPay app

Notes

・This service allows applicants who possess a My Number Card to request their own certificate only. If you wish to apply as a corporation, heir, or agent, please use the window application or mail request.
・Certificates for up to six years, including the latest year, can be issued.
・Certificates for the new fiscal year will be available after April.
・Certificates will be shipped approximately three business days after payment is completed.
・If there are any unclear points regarding the application, we may make a confirmation call. If we cannot reach you, we will contact you via the email address provided, but please be aware that if we cannot confirm, the application may be canceled.

Fee

・400 yen per certificate

・Postage is 110 yen (may vary depending on the number of items).

The total amount will be the sum of the issuance fee and postage. Please note that a receipt cannot be issued.

・The latest year of the property tax ledger (copy of the fixed asset tax ledger) will be free of charge only during the viewing period (from April 1 to May 31).

・The number of issued documents may change depending on ownership status, the number of land parcels, and the number of buildings.
