Procedures for Property Owners When Moving

Please inform the Taxation Division, Land Section and Building Section in the following cases.

When the owner of fixed assets moves out or relocates (moving from outside Inagi City to outside Inagi City or relocating within the city from outside Inagi City)

If the owner of fixed assets has moved, it is necessary to change the registration name at the registration office (Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau Fuchu Branch). However, if the registration is delayed or not done, please submit a "Change of Address Notification."
Note: The Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau Tama Branch Office was abolished as of October 31, 2014 (Friday), and the registration tasks that were conducted at the Tama Branch Office will be handled by the Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau Fuchu Branch starting November 4, 2014 (Tuesday).

When the owner of fixed assets moves overseas, etc.

If the owner of the fixed assets has moved overseas and it is difficult to receive the tax notification, please select a relative or someone with an address in Japan as the tax manager and submit the "Tax Manager Declaration / Tax Manager Approval Application Form" to receive the tax notification.
