Billing method
Updated: June 20, 2024
The procedure for receiving the basic old-age pension begins at age 65. If you wish, you can apply for early retirement from age 60, but the amount of your pension will be reduced and you will no longer be able to apply for the basic disability pension or widow's pension. You can also apply for early retirement from age 66 onwards to increase the amount of your pension.
For details about your expected pension benefits, please consult with a pension office or your nearest pension consultation center.
