Evacuation Assurance Plan
Due to the enforcement of the law to partially amend the "Flood Control Act" and others, in order to strengthen the evacuation system for facilities used by vulnerable individuals, the "Flood Control Act" and the "Disaster Prevention Act for Sediment-related Disasters" were amended on June 19, 2017. Owners or managers of facilities used by vulnerable individuals located in flood-prone areas are now required to create evacuation plans and conduct evacuation drills.
In addition, due to the partial revision of the "Flood Control Act" and the "Sediment Disaster Prevention Act" on May 10, 2021, it is mandatory to report on evacuation drills conducted based on the evacuation assurance plan created.
