The Inagi City Board of Education is promoting work style reform for teachers in Inagi City Public Schools.
In March 2023, the "Second Implementation Plan for Work Style Reform in Inagi City Public Schools" was formulated, and based on this plan, work style reform for teachers is being carried out.

To the local community

The Inagi City Board of Education is leading the way in promoting reforms in teachers' work styles, but the understanding and cooperation of the local community is essential.
In the school environment, we operate under the principle of "schools that are together with the community," but due to the promotion of work style reforms, it may become difficult for teachers to respond in the same way as before.
For the children who will carry the next generation, we kindly ask for your understanding of the purpose of the reforms in teachers' work styles to improve the quality of education.

By improving long working hours, we aim to enhance the quality of school education.

Improving long working hours, securing time to face children and students, and time for lesson preparation, reconstructing a workplace environment that maintains both physical and mental health, enhancing the quality of school education.
