Inagi City Contract Inn Utilization Subsidy System (Accommodation fees for Sister Cities and Friendship Cities will be subsidized)

About the System

Purpose

In order to promote exchanges with the Sister City Ozora Town and the Friendship Cities Soma City and Nozawa Onsen Village, a portion of the expenses will be subsidized for those using the accommodations designated by the city.

• Introduction of Sister City Ozora Town (Hokkaido)
• Introduction of Sister City Foster City (United States)
• Introduction of Friendship City Soma City (Fukushima Prefecture)
• Introduction of Friendship City Nozawa Onsen Village (Nagano Prefecture)

Eligible Individuals

1. Persons with an address in the area of Inagi City
2. Persons working at businesses and other establishments within the area of Inagi City
3. Students enrolled in schools within the area of Inagi City
4. Those recognized by the mayor as particularly in need of assistance (e.g., chaperones not falling under items 1 to 3 above in the city's projects)

Note: For travel groups without a Parent or Guardian accompanying them, individuals under 15 years old require a consent form from a Parent or Guardian.

Flow of Grant Utilization (Ozora Town, Soma City)

1. Book Accommodation

• Please check the table above and make a reservation.
• Please inform us that you will be using the subsidy voucher when making a reservation.

Note: Internet reservations are only applicable for on-site payment.

2 Application Form Submission

• Please submit the "Inagi City Contracted Inn Usage Subsidy Voucher Application Form." (The application form is available on this page or at the Community Promotion Plaza, Hirao Branch Office, and Wakabadai Branch Office.)
• If you are staying with 7 or more people, please contact the Inagi City Community Activity Support Center in advance.
• For travel groups without a Parent or Guardian accompanying them, those under 15 years old must attach a consent form from a Parent or Guardian.

3 Receive the "Subsidy Voucher"

• We will contact you as soon as the issuance is ready, so please pick it up at the Community Promotion Plaza on the first floor.
• If you wish to receive it by mail, please submit a reply envelope (with postage affixed and address written) at the time of application.

4 Submit the "Subsidy Voucher"

• Please submit the subsidy voucher at the time of check-in at the accommodation.
• The amount stated on the subsidy voucher will be deducted from the accommodation fee.
• If you do not submit the subsidy voucher, you will not be able to receive the subsidy.

Cancellation and Change of Reservation

• If you wish to cancel all reservations, the return of the 'subsidy voucher' is required.

2 Contact the accommodation reservation desk

• Please follow the facility's regulations regarding cancellation fees if you cancel your reservation.

Notes and Precautions

• Subsidies for Ozora Town and Soma City can only be used for on-site settlements. If pre-settlement is made through internet payment, subsidies cannot be received.
• Subsidy vouchers cannot be reissued. Please be careful not to lose them.
• Subsidy vouchers cannot be transferred or lent to third parties.
• If it is found that the grant voucher was applied for by fraudulent means, the issuance of the grant voucher or its effectiveness may be revoked.
