What is the reduction/exemption system for fixed asset tax and city planning tax?

Based on the provisions of Article 71 of the Inagi City Tax Ordinance, there is a reduction/exemption system as follows.
(1) Fixed assets owned by recipients of public assistance (2) Fixed assets that are currently being used or used by an unspecified number of people and are intended to promote the public interest (3) All or part of the city Fixed assets whose value has significantly decreased due to partial disasters (4) Fixed assets that the mayor deems particularly necessary for reduction or exemption due to other special reasons For more information, please contact the Taxation Division.
