What if I have questions or complaints other than those about the price of my fixed assets?

If you are dissatisfied with something other than the price of the fixed asset (such as the contents of the tax bill), the tax charge will be calculated starting from the day after the day you learned of the levy decision (usually the day you received the tax bill). You can lodge a complaint with the mayor of the municipality within three months.
However, if you are dissatisfied with the price of a fixed asset, please note that you will not be filing a complaint with the mayor of the municipality, but will be filing an application for review with the Fixed Asset Evaluation Review Committee (up to 3 months after receiving the tax payment notice). please.
