I would like to know about property tax.

On January 1st of each year (called the “assessment date”), owners of land, houses, and depreciable assets (collectively called “fixed assets”) declare the value of their fixed assets. It is a tax that pays the amount of tax calculated to and to the municipality where the fixed asset is located.
