What should I do if I have doubts or complaints about the price of fixed assets?

If you are dissatisfied with the price registered in the fixed assets tax ledger, please submit a complaint to the Inagi City Fixed Assets Evaluation Review Committee within three months from the day after receiving the tax notice. You can apply for review.
However, in the second and third years, (1) new prices, etc. are registered in the fixed asset tax register due to division of land or construction of a new house, (2) change of land classification or construction of a new house, etc. If the price has changed from the previous year's price due to expansion or renovation, etc., an application for review cannot be submitted unless (3) the land price has been revised due to a decline in land prices.
