I would like to know about the reduction system for house registration and license tax. I would also like to have a residential house certificate issued.

The registration and license tax is reduced when registering a house that is occupied by an individual who has acquired a house and meets certain requirements. A residential building certificate proves whether or not a house meets these requirements. Issuance of a residential building certificate is issued at the taxation section on the first floor of the city hall.
