House appraisal is evaluated based on the rebuilding price by the fixed asset appraisal standards.
Appraisal value = Reconstruction price x Aged demerit point correction rate Note: Reconstruction price is required if the same house as the subject of the evaluation is to be newly built on the same location at the time of evaluation. construction costs.
