To use the Public Facilities reservation system, it is necessary to register in advance as a user of Inagi City Public Facilities (group registration or individual registration).
A user registration certificate will be issued to those who are registered.

Registration Conditions

Organization Registration Conditions

Organizations wishing to register must meet the following conditions.

  1. It is an organization aimed at conducting sports and recreation activities, as well as other social education activities. However, this does not apply when using the meeting room of the Comprehensive Gymnasium at Inagi Central Park or the multipurpose room at Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field.
  2. It is an organization composed of "members" who are more than 10 people, and more than half of them reside, work, or study in the city, engaging in activities of the registered category (excluding non-participating family members, drivers, supporters, etc.).
  3. "Representative" refers to a person who is at least 20 years old and resides, works, or studies in the city.
  4. Include the "representative" and the "contact person" who receives communications from the sports facilities as "members."
  5. If you are outsourcing "instructors" separately from "members", you must submit a list of contracted instructors.
    Note: The number of "instructors" that can be contracted is up to 3 for every 10 "members", and for every additional 5 "members", 1 more contracted "instructor" can be added.
  6. Organizations must include an estimated income and expenditure for approximately one year in the Application Form Supplement.
  7. When using the facility, an adult (aged 20 or older) who is a "member" or a commissioned "instructor" must always be responsible for management and guidance.
  8. A person is not registered as a "member" across multiple organizations in the same category.
    Note: Similar categories such as soccer and futsal, tennis and soft tennis are considered the same category.
    Note: When described as comprehensive sports, all competitions are included, and in the case of multiple categories listed, registration cannot be duplicated in the listed categories.
  9. Groups using the tennis courts at Minami-Tama Sports Plaza can participate in facility maintenance activities such as the application of nigari, which are conducted several times a year.
  10. Registration as an organization for corporate activities is not permitted.
    Note: However, there may be cases where registration as an organization is allowed under certain conditions for corporations specifically recognized by the Mayor of Inagi City.

Organization Registration Conditions (Children)

  1. To use the facilities of Inagi Central Park Baseball Field, Wakabadai Park Multipurpose Square, and Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field at children's rates, you must register as a children's group.
  2. Children's organizations are those in which all "members" other than the "representative" and "contact person" are elementary school students or younger, and the majority of the children reside or attend school within the city.
  3. For children's organizations, individuals who do not participate in activities may be recognized as "representatives" and "contacts."
  4. If you include a "leader" as a member in addition to the "representative" and "contact person," it will be considered an adult organization.

Note: If junior high school students or older participate in the activities, the adult usage fee will apply. Even if registered as a children's group and using the children's fee, if it is confirmed that junior high school students or older adults are involved in the activities, the difference will be charged.

Personal Registration Conditions

Only those who meet the following conditions may apply for registration.

  1. To be a person whose purpose is to play tennis.
  2. Must be a resident, employee, or student in the city who is equivalent to high school age (generally 16 years or older).

How to Register

Please read the registration guide (PDF file below) and prepare the necessary documents listed below. Applications are accepted at any time at the reception desks of the Sports Promotion Section on the 6th floor of City Hall, the Comprehensive Gymnasium, Friend Hirao, and Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field.

Note: Please be aware that personal registration cannot be accepted at Friend Hirao.

    Note: Applications with copies are also acceptable, but please ensure that the face is clearly visible in the copy.
  4. Identification documents, etc. (belonging to the registrant)
    Note: Please present this at the reception desk for verification of the information provided in the Application Form.
Organization Registration

  3. List of group members and identification documents for all residents, workers, or students in the city
    Note: For those under 15 years old (elementary and junior high school students), identification documents or a Parent or Guardian consent form is required.
  4. List of contracted instructors (if there are instructors) and identification documents of all contracted instructors

Details of Identification Documents

Residents of the city A copy of an identity document issued by a national or local government agency that includes the address, name, and date of birth, or other similar documents (be sure to take a copy that clearly shows the three points: address, name, and date of birth)
Those who work in the city The above identification document + employment certificate issued by the employer corporation
  • Note: Only those with the issuance date indicated and within one month of the application date, and limited to the original document
  • Note: It must have the company seal stamped and include the address of the workplace within the city.
Students enrolled in the city A copy of the student ID issued by the school you are enrolled in (make sure the copy shows your address, name, date of birth, and enrollment period) or a certificate of enrollment (must include your address, name, and date of birth, issued within one month prior to the application date, and must be the original document)
Consent Form The designated form must include the organization name, full name, date of birth, age, address, contact information, Parent or Guardian name, and date of completion, with the Parent or Guardian's seal. (The date of completion must be valid up to three months prior to the application date.)

Examples of items that can be used as identification

Driver's license, passport, Individual Number Card, Health Insurance Card, copy of Certificate of Residence (must be issued by the city or equivalent, and limited to those issued within one month from the date of issue to the application date. Copies are not allowed for the Certificate of Residence.)

Examples of items that cannot be used as identification

My Number notification card, bills and contracts for electricity, gas, water supply and sewerage, telephone fees, and receipts for mail and deliveries

  • Note: The personal information you submit will be properly managed in accordance with laws and regulations regarding personal information.
  • Note: If you wish to have your identification returned, please check the "Identification Return Request Check Box" in the member list and the contracted instructor list. If marked as "None" or left blank, it will be discarded at the Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field.
  • Note: Regarding Employment and Residence Certificate
    If you are unable to obtain an Employment and Residence Certificate issued by the corporation you are working for, please use the following format for the Employment Certificate. When applying, please fill in the necessary information yourself and submit it with the corporate seal.
    If the address of the corporation's head office is outside the city and the address of the branch office you are working at is within the city, please indicate this in the remarks section.

  • The application for registration and the receipt of the registration certificate can be done by the representative of the organization, the contact person, and the members of the organization, including the family members living together. Only those who are equivalent to high school students or above are eligible. A form of identification will be required at the time of receipt.
  • If you wish to have your identification documents returned at the time of application, they can only be accepted at the Inagi Nagamine Tokyo Verdy Field. (Please note that confirmation may take some time. Additionally, if there are many members, we may need to keep them.)
  • Confirmation regarding the content will not be conducted except for the Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field. If there are any discrepancies in the content, we will contact the person or representative from the Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field (042-401-3960).
  • It takes 14 days from the date the application is received to issue the registration certificate in order to review the application form and attached documents. (Note: However, if there are any deficiencies in the content, it will take 14 days from the date the corrections are completed. Additionally, if there are year-end and New Year holidays or long holidays in between, it may take more than 14 days.)
  • If you do not receive your registration certificate within one month from the date of issuance, it will become invalid. (The facility will not contact you.)
