Comprehensive Consultation for Older Adults (Community General Support Center)

The Community General Support Center is a comprehensive consultation agency that provides support in various areas such as nursing care, welfare, health, and medical services, so that Older Adults can continue to live in their familiar community in their own way, under a commission from the city.
Additionally, we also accept consultations not only about yourself or your family but also about neighbors you may be concerned about.

Professionals in caregiving and healthcare (chief care managers, social workers, public health nurses, etc.) will respond to the various concerns and consultations regarding your overall living situation, providing appropriate service referrals and support for solutions.
