Regarding Administrative Consultation Response

In response to the lifting of the state of emergency measures, consultations will resume.
Please note that changes may occur depending on future circumstances.

Consultation Method

Please make a phone reservation,

1. For in-person consultations, please come to window 7 on the 2nd floor of City Hall 5 minutes before your scheduled time on the day of your appointment.
2. In the case of telephone consultation, an administrative consultant will contact you at the specified time on the same day.

Consultation Details

Administrative consultation committee members (appointed by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications) will respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding the work of national and special corporations, independent administrative agencies, and the services related to City Administration, including statutory entrusted tasks, as well as work conducted under national commissions or subsidies.

• Note 1: Reservation is required.
• Note 2: The consultation time is limited to 40 minutes per person.
