Due to the impact of COVID-19, the "Citizen Life Consultation, Advocacy Consultation, Consumer Life Consultation, and Women's Concerns Consultation" are being conducted with infection prevention measures in place, either through face-to-face consultations or phone consultations. Additionally, please be aware that changes may occur depending on future circumstances.

We will resume face-to-face consultations for human rights and personal circumstances.
