Pet Cremation Application

Cremation services are available for a fee

If your pet has passed away, we offer paid cremation services.
Since it will be a joint cremation, we will not be able to return the ashes. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Application Method

Please place it in a plastic bag, then put it in a cardboard box, seal it, and bring it to the Living Environment Division on the 3rd floor of City Hall.
Please refrain from including any additional items, as they may cause issues during cremation.

5,090 yen per head

Open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

In the event of a pet dog's death

If a registered dog has died, it is necessary to submit a "death notification."
