Grape jelly (Takao grape)

• Appropriate amount of Takao grapes
• 35g water
• Powder agar 0.35g
• 6g sugar
• 0.5g gelatin
• Grape juice (100%) 30g

(1) Soak gelatin in water (30g).
(2) Boil powdered agar in water (5g), add sugar, add gelatin at 75°C to 80°C, and finally add grape juice.
(3) Put an appropriate amount of Takao grapes in the cup.
(4) Cool (2) in a cup and cool in the refrigerator.
