The disaster message dial is a "voice message board" for people in affected areas and others.
People in affected areas can record information about their safety, which can be heard by those in other regions, and it is also possible for people from other regions to send messages to those in affected areas.
Please note that the "disaster message dial" is provided by NTT only during disasters. It cannot be used during normal times. NTT will decide on the start of service and conditions, and will announce them via television, radio, etc.
