How to Dispose of Glass and Ceramics
Glass and ceramics should be taken to the resource recovery station on bottle collection days.
From April 2023, the disposal method for "glass items" and "ceramic items" has changed.
Depending on the size, they can be collected as recyclable resources.
"Glass items" such as cups and plate glass, and "ceramic items" such as vases, plates, bowls, and flower pots should be placed in plastic bags (no specific type required) and collected in the resource collection station basket on the collection day for "bottles".
Please separate each item type of "bottles", "glass items", and "ceramic items" and place them in the resource collection station basket.
"Bottles" → as is
"Glass items" → in a plastic bag
"Ceramic items" → in a plastic bag
Note: Resources collected at the resource collection station will be recycled.
