Please cooperate in the proper disposal of polystyrene trays

We are collecting and recycling polystyrene trays at public facilities in the city.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in proper disposal.

How to Submit

• Please remove the label, wash and dry it, and then place it in the collection box.
• Please break down large Styrofoam into small pieces and put them in a bag for disposal. It becomes easier to process when wet.
• Items that have remaining contents or cannot be cleaned will not be collected. Styrofoam trays that cannot be cleaned should be disposed of as "Burnable Garbage".

(Note)
During long holiday periods such as the year-end and New Year holidays or Golden Week, the collection boxes may be temporarily removed or sealed for facility management reasons. In such cases, please do not leave Styrofoam trays behind, but use the collection services at supermarkets or bring them in when the boxes are open.
Additionally, if the box is full, please do not place items on top of the box lid for scattering prevention; instead, please wait for another day to put them inside the box.

Examples of Improper Disposal

If the following conditions continue, it will be dangerous, and from the perspective of facility management, we will have no choice but to remove the collection box.
We kindly ask for proper disposal once again.
