"Kota Eru" is a consultation service implemented by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government for those who are studying, working, or residing in Tokyo and are troubled by internet or smartphone issues (such as "being charged for money I don't recognize," "being told someone wants to meet," or "having sent an image") and are wondering what to do...

We accept consultations via phone, email, and LINE.
Phone consultations are available from Monday to Saturday, from 3 PM to 9 PM. Note: Excludes holidays.
Email consultations are available 24/7.
LINE consultations are available from Monday to Saturday, from 3 PM to 9 PM (acceptance until 8:30 PM). Note: Excludes holidays.
