Tokyo Hikikomori Support Network
The "Tokyo Hikikomori Support Network" offers not only telephone and email consultations, but also conducts home visits to families dealing with hikikomori issues to provide support.
The city is responsible for the reception of home consultation services from the "Tokyo Hikikomori Support Network".
Home consultations are free and can be received up to approximately 5 times per person.
Since specialized counselors will assist you, please do not struggle alone or try to manage it with just your family; feel free to reach out for consultation.
