School Sports Facilities Related

When using the group opening of school sports facilities, in principle, registration for the use of school sports facilities is required.
Please refer to the "Guide to the Use of Inagi City Public Schools Sports Facilities" and submit the necessary documents.

Note: Regarding Employment and Residence Certificate
If you are unable to obtain an Employment and Residence Certificate issued by the corporation you are working for, please use the following format for the Employment Certificate. When applying, please fill in the necessary information yourself and submit it with the corporate seal.
If the address of the corporation's head office is outside the city and the address of the branch office you are working at is within the city, please indicate this in the remarks section.

Documents to be submitted after use on the day

Please submit the usage log when using the facility. The usage log is included in each key rental bag, but for schoolyard use, some schools do not have key rentals, so please download it from here.
The submission method is the designated post installed at each school. Please check the location of the post in the "Guide to Using Inagi City Public Schools Sports Facilities."
Note: Please do not leave the completed usage log in the key bag.
