Registration for Use of School Sports Facilities by Organizations
The school gymnasium, schoolyard, etc. are open to local organizations within the limits that do not interfere with school education, and organizations engaged in sports, recreation activities, or cultural activities can register as a group.
Registration Conditions
Organizations wishing to register must meet the following conditions.
- Organizations aimed at continuous sports and cultural activities.
- An organization composed of 10 or more individuals residing, working, or studying in Inagi City.
- An organization that includes adults residing, working, or studying in Inagi City as its representatives.
- Members do not belong to other registered organizations in the same category.
- Organizations aimed at political or religious activities and profit-making activities cannot be registered.

Documents Required for Application
To apply for group registration, you will need the "Application Form" and a copy of the "Identification Documents" to confirm the registration requirements of the group members.

Details regarding the copies of identification documents are as follows.
Additionally, documents can be submitted by mail or brought to the Inagi City Hall Education General Affairs Division.
Once registration is complete, we will notify the representative.

Residents of the city | A copy of an identification document issued by a national or local government agency that includes address, name, and date of birth (make sure to take a copy that clearly shows all three points: address, name, and date of birth. If there is information on the back, also take a copy of the back. If part of the confirmation side is missing when taking the copy, it may not be possible to verify the content, and you may be asked to submit it again, so please ensure that everything is printed before submission.) |
Those who work in the city | The above identification document + Employment or residency certificate issued by the employer (must be within one month from the date of issue to the application date and original only) |
Students enrolled in the city | A copy of the student ID issued by the school you are enrolled in (make sure the copy shows your address, name, date of birth, and enrollment period) or a certificate of enrollment (must include your address, name, and date of birth, issued within one month prior to the application date, and must be the original document) |
- Examples of items that can be used as identification
Driver's license, passport, My Number Card, Health Insurance Card, Certificate of Residence (must be a copy issued by the city or similar authority, and limited to those issued within one month prior to the application date). - Examples of Items That Cannot Be Used as Identification
My Number Notification Card, bills and contracts for electricity, gas, water supply, sewage, telephone fees, and receipts for mail and deliveries- Note: No supporting documents are required for those under junior high school age.
- Note: When submitting a copy of your identification documents, please ensure that important information is not cut off due to the copying process, and that you do not forget to include a copy of the current address section on the back.
Note: Regarding Employment and Work Certificate
If you are unable to obtain an Employment and Work Certificate issued by the corporation you are working for, please use the following format for the Employment Certificate.
Please fill in the necessary information yourself and submit it with the corporate seal affixed.
If the corporation's head office is outside the city and the branch office you work at is within the city, please indicate this in the remarks section.
Validity Period

Various Change Procedures
If there are changes to the representative or members, procedures will be necessary, so please take the necessary steps.
