Application Process
1. Please check with the school you wish to use.
Please contact the school and inform them of the event details, desired facilities, and date and time, and confirm whether the facility can be used for those requirements.
There have been many troubles arising from conducting "schedule confirmation" and "consultation regarding the specific event management on the day" at different times, so please provide the school with as specific an explanation as possible regarding the intended use at the stage of schedule confirmation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Also, please check with the school regarding the availability of restrooms in the schoolyard, and if necessary, apply for the gymnasium at the same time.
The keys are available for the schoolyard (restroom) and gymnasium, and keys for other facilities cannot be borrowed, so please understand. Additionally, please refrain from uses that would impose a burden on the school.
2. After confirming with the school, please submit the necessary documents for the application.
Please submit the necessary documents for the application to the Educational Administration Division. We also accept submissions by mail.
Based on the content of the application, we will conduct a review, and if there are no issues, we will send the "Special Use Permit for Inagi City Public Schools Facilities" to the representative. Additionally, please allow approximately 14 days from the submission of the Application Form to approval, so we encourage you to apply with ample time.
