School Sports Facility Open Program

To support the sports and recreational activities of citizens, we open school sports facilities such as gymnasiums and playgrounds to local organizations, within a range that does not interfere with school education.

About the Use of School Sports Facilities Opening Project

As of May 8, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has downgraded the classification of COVID-19 under the Infectious Diseases Control Law to the same level as seasonal influenza, which is "Category 5." Therefore, the infection control measures that were previously requested will no longer be mandatory after May 8.
Wearing masks and using alcohol disinfectants will be a personal choice, but please continue to be cautious about infections while using services.

Changes to Infection Control Measures

• Understanding the participants on the day and creating a roster
  →No longer necessary.
• Storage of participant list
  →No longer necessary.
• Temperature measurement
  →No longer necessary.
• Report to the Board of Education when there are cases of COVID-19 infection
  →No longer necessary.
• Wearing masks, disinfecting used equipment and facilities, hand sanitization, and avoiding the three Cs
  → It will no longer be mandatory, but please do so as needed based on personal judgment.

About Use

1. Before use, please complete the "Registration for Use of School Sports Facilities by Organizations" in advance, and you will need to register as an organization (password and ID) in the Public Facilities reservation system.
   Please check the "Guidelines for Use of Inagi City Public Schools Sports Facilities" and proceed with the registration application.
2. The sports facilities at each school are locked. When you actually use the facilities, please borrow the keys from each Community Center or Comprehensive Gymnasium.
   Please check the approval notice and "Usage Guide" that were sent during the group registration for notes on borrowing keys and how to borrow them, and share this information within your group.

About the Public Facilities Reservation System

Facility reservations are accepted through the Public Reservation System. Once the group registration is complete, we will notify you of the necessary registration number (User ID) required for group registration in the Public Facilities Reservation System via the "Notification of Approval for Group Use Registration of Inagi City Public Schools Sports Facilities".

About the air conditioning system in the school gymnasium

You can use the school gymnasium air conditioning.
Please purchase a prepaid card in advance when using it.

1,000 yen per sheet (for 2 hours)

Sales Location

• Inagi City Hall 1st floor west side (from 8 AM to 9 PM on open days)
• Right side of the Comprehensive Gymnasium 1st floor reception (subject to opening days)
• Third Community Center, right side of the reception on the first floor (subject to opening days)

The vending machines only accept 1000 yen bills. Please prepare a 1000 yen bill in advance as change is not available at each facility when making a purchase.
Note: Receipts are not issued from the ticket vending machines. If you need a receipt, please request it at the Education General Affairs Division counter.
