Revision of school facility usage fees

Regarding revision of usage fees
From April 1, 2020, "(1) Sustainable administrative management", "(2) Ensuring fairness of burdens between users and non-users", and "(3) Consumption tax rate hike" We have revised the usage fee from the perspective of planning "correspondence".
I would like understanding and cooperation of citizen's everybody.

Remarks Fractions less than unit time are regarded as unit time.
