School sports facility open group use registration

The school gymnasium, school grounds, etc. are open to local groups as long as they do not interfere with school education.

Conditions of registration

Groups that wish to be registered are limited to those that meet the following conditions.

  1. An organization whose purpose is continuous sports and cultural activities.
  2. A group consisting of 10 or more people who live, work, or go to school in Inagi City.
  3. A group that includes adults who live, work, or go to school in Inagi City as the person in charge of the group.
  4. Members do not belong to other registered organizations in the same event.
  5. Organizations whose purpose is political or religious activities and profit-making activities cannot be registered.

Please check before group registration.

Please be sure to check the "Inagi City School Physical Education Facility Usage Guide" when registering as a group.

Documents required for application

To apply for group registration, you will need "various application forms" and "copy of identification card" to confirm the registration requirements of group members.
Please check the documents required for application from the link of "application documents related to school sports facilities".
The details of the copy of the identification card etc. are as follows.
In addition, documents can be submitted by mail to the Educational General Affairs Division of Inagi City Hall or by bringing them to the counter.
When the registration is completed, we will notify the representative.

A copy of an ID card issued by a national or local public organization stating your address, name, and date of birth, or a similar document (Make sure to make a copy that clearly shows your address, name, and date of birth.) If there is an address, etc. written on the back side, please make a copy of the back side, too. Please make sure that everything is printed before submitting. )

Person working in the city Above identification card + Employment certificate issued by the company where you work (must be within one month from the date of issue to the date of application and must be the original)
Student in the city A copy of the student ID card issued by the school you are enrolled in (make a copy that shows your address, name, date of birth, and period of enrollment) or certificate of enrollment (address, name, date of birth, (Limited to documents issued within 1 month from the date of issue to the date of application)
  • Examples of items that can be used as identification

⇒Copies of driver's license, passport, My Number Card, health insurance card, and resident card ( issued by the city, etc., and must be within one month from the date of issue to the date of application).

  • Examples of items that cannot be used as identification

My number notification card, bills/contracts for electricity, gas, water and sewage, telephone charges, etc., and copies of slips for mail and home delivery.
Note: For junior high school students and below, attached documents are not required.
Note: When submitting a copy of your ID, etc., please make sure that the required items are not cut off or that you do not forget to make a copy of your current address on the back.

Note: About work/work certificate
If you are unable to obtain a certificate of employment issued by the corporation you work for, please use the following certificate of employment format.
Please fill out the necessary information yourself and submit it with the corporate seal.
If the head office/head office of the corporation is outside the city and the branch/branch office of the place of work is in the city, please indicate so in the remarks column.
