School sports facility open group use registration

School gymnasiums, school grounds, etc. are open to local groups as long as they do not interfere with school education, and groups that are active for the purpose of sports, recreational activities, or cultural activities can register as a group.

Conditions of registration

Organizations seeking registration must meet the following conditions.

  1. An organization whose purpose is continuous sports and cultural activities.
  2. An organization consisting of 10 or more people who live, work, or attend school in Inagi City.
  3. An organization whose managers include adults who live, work, or attend school in Inagi City.
  4. Members do not belong to other registered organizations in the same category.
  5. Organizations whose purpose is political or religious activities or commercial activities cannot be registered.

Please check before registering your group.

When registering your group, please be sure to check the "Inagi City School Physical Education Facility Usage Guide".

Documents required for application

To apply for group registration, you will need ``various application forms'' and a ``copy of identification card, etc.'' to confirm the registration requirements of group members.

Details of copies of identification documents, etc. are as follows.
In addition, documents can be submitted by mail to the Education and General Affairs Division of Inagi City Hall or by bringing them to the counter.
Once registration is complete, we will notify the representative.

A copy of an identification card or other similar document issued by a national or local government agency that shows your address, name, and date of birth (be sure to make a copy so that the address, name, and date of birth are clearly visible) Also, if there is address, etc. written on the back side, make a copy of the back side as well.If part of the confirmation side is missing when making a copy, we will not be able to confirm the contents and you may be asked to resubmit it. Please make sure that everything is printed before submitting. )

For those working within the city The above ID + Certificate of Employment or Attendance issued by your employer (issued within one month of the application date and must be original)
Students studying in the city A copy of the student ID issued by the school you are currently enrolled in (a copy must show your address, name, date of birth, and period of enrollment) or a student enrollment certificate (must state your address, name, and date of birth, and must be issued within one month of the date of application, and must be the original)
  • Examples of items that can be used as identification documents

⇒Copies of driver's license, passport, My Number Card, health insurance card, and resident card ( issued by the city, etc., and must be within one month from the date of issue to the date of application).

  • Examples of items that cannot be used as identification documents

My number notification card, bills/contracts for electricity, gas, water and sewage, telephone charges, etc., and copies of slips for mail and home delivery.
Note: For junior high school students and below, attached documents are not required.
Note: When submitting a copy of your ID, etc., please make sure that the required items are not cut off or that you do not forget to make a copy of your current address on the back.

Note: About employment/employment certificate
If you are unable to obtain a certificate of employment/employment issued by the corporation you work for, please use the following format for the certificate of employment.
Please fill out the necessary information yourself and submit it with your corporate seal stamped.
If the head office of the corporation is outside the city and the branch office where you work is within the city, please write so in the notes section.

Validity period

[Registered in 2023 and 2024]
Until June 30, 2025 (renewed every two years)
