Notice of school facility renovation and construction

We would like to inform you of the planned renovation and construction of school facilities. During the construction period, facility rentals will be suspended or restrictions will be imposed on use. Please take this into consideration when making reservations for facility use.
The period may change depending on the progress of the construction. In that case, we will notify you again.

Gymnasium toilet barrier-free toilet installation work

Scheduled for the summer vacation period [Saturday, July 20, 2024 to the end of August 2024]

During the construction period, the gymnasium toilets will be unavailable. During this period, please use nearby toilets, such as the schoolyard toilets. If you use the schoolyard toilets, you will need to leave the school grounds and take a detour. In addition, other toilets in the school building will also be unavailable.

Gymnasium floor repair

The period is scheduled for about three weeks between Saturday, July 20, 2024 and Friday, August 16, 2024.

When setting up volleyball poles in the gymnasium, there have been cases where the poles have come into contact with the floor metal fittings, damaging the floor. To ensure safety, we plan to repair the gymnasium floor during the summer vacation period. During this period, we will not be accepting reservations for school facility opening events (group openings and special applications). The period may change depending on the progress of the construction work.

Gymnasium LED lighting installation

From August 1, 2024 to August 16, 2024

We will be installing LED lighting in gymnasiums at some elementary and junior high schools in the city. Reservations will not be accepted during this period. The construction period may change. During this period, we will not be accepting reservations for school open days (group open days and special applications). The period may change depending on the progress of the construction.

Regarding the reconstruction of the Inagi Daisan Elementary School building and the construction of the (tentative name) Inagi City Daisan Elementary School After-School Club

From FY2025 Note: Scheduled for completion in FY2028

Starting in the 2025 school year, we plan to rebuild the school building and build an after-school club. During this period, the school open day program (group open days and special applications) may be affected. We will announce the specific dates as soon as they are decided.
