Group opening of school physical education facilities

In order to support the sports and recreational activities of citizens, school gymnasiums, playgrounds, and other school physical education facilities are open to local groups as long as they do not interfere with school education.

From May 8th, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare will lower the status of the new coronavirus to "Category 5", which is the same as seasonal influenza. After the 8th, it is no longer required.
Whether you wear a mask or use alcohol disinfection is a personal decision, but please continue to be careful of infection.

[About changes in infection control]
・Ascertaining the participants on the day and creating a roster → No longer required.
・Storage of participant list → No longer required.
・ Body temperature measurement → It will not be necessary.
・Report to the board of education when a person with corona infection appears → It will not be necessary.
・Wearing a mask, disinfecting the equipment and facilities used, disinfecting hands, avoiding the three Cs → It is no longer required, but please do so at your own discretion as necessary.

1. To use the facilities, you must first complete the "School Athletic Facilities Open Group User Registration" and then "Group Registration (password and ID)" on the Public Facilities Reservation System.
Please check the "Inagi City School Sports Facility Usage Guide" and complete the registration application process.
2. The sports facilities of each school are locked. When you actually use the facilities, you will need to borrow a key from the local community center or general gymnasium.
Please check the approval notice and "Guide to Use" sent to you when your group registered for important information on how to borrow a key and share it with your group.

Facility reservations are accepted through the public reservation system. After group registration is complete, we will notify you of the registration number (user ID) required for group registration in the public facility reservation system in the "Inagi City School Sports Facility Open Group Use Registration Approval Notice".

Only 1,000 yen bills can be used at vending machines. We do not exchange money at each facility, so please prepare 1,000 yen bills in advance when purchasing.
Note: Ticket vending machines do not issue receipts. If you need a receipt, it will be issued at the Educational General Affairs Division counter, so please ask.
