Group registration needs to be updated
The registration certificate currently in use for the Inagi City School Athletic Facilities Open to Organizations will expire on June 30, 2023.
To continue using the service, you will need to renew it.
There are changes to the previous procedure.
The previous renewal procedure required the submission and presentation of the application form necessary for registration, a list of group members, and copies of all members' IDs, but the procedure will be changed as follows.

Regarding documents required for renewal procedure
The necessary documents will be sent to the representatives of registered organizations around the end of March 2020, so please check the contents.
Note: If you have undergone procedures to change the representative after mid-March, the procedure may have taken place after the creation of the shipping data, so in that case, it may be sent to the old representative. Please pardon.

Note: We will send you a printed copy of the content you submitted to our department at the time of the last update (including any subsequent changes).
Note: We will also send you a blank copy of the list of group members.
Required documents to submit
(1) Inagi City School Physical Education Facility Group Usage Registration Application Form (2) List of Group Members (3) Copies of Group Members' Identification Cards (only if necessary)
Note: Regarding (1) and (2), please check whether there are any changes to the printed content and return it to the Education and General Affairs Division.
Note: Please check the following regarding "If a copy of your ID is required" in (3).

How to submit
Please submit by mail to the Educational and General Affairs Division or at each counter (Educational and General Affairs Division, general gymnasium, or each cultural center).
Application period and notification method
Applications will be accepted at any time from April 3, 2020. Notification of approval for continued registration will be mailed to the representative.
Reception Schedule
1st period: Collection from April 3rd to April 30th → Scheduled to be shipped at the end of May 2nd Period: Collection from May 1st to May 31st → Scheduled to be shipped at the end of June Note: Submissions submitted after the beginning of June will be processed at any time. Please note that you may not be able to make your lottery reservations from July 1st. Approval will only be granted once the missing documents have been completed. Notifications of missing documents will be sent to the contact person or representative by phone and via the public facility reservation system to the organization.
