I need to renew my group registration
The registration certificate for the Inagi Municipal School Sports Facility Open Organization Registration that you are currently using will expire on June 30, 2023.
To continue using the service, you need to complete the update procedure.
There is a change in the method of conventional procedures.
In the past, the renewal procedure required submission and presentation of the application form required for registration, the list of members of the organization, and a copy of the identification card of all members, but the procedure will be changed as follows.

Documents required for renewal procedures
We will send the necessary documents to the representatives of the registered organizations around the end of March 2023, so please check the contents.
Note: If you change the representative after mid-March, it may be done after creating the shipping data, so in that case, it may be sent to the former representative. Please pardon.

Note: We will send you a printout of the content you submitted to our department at the time of the previous update (including any changes made since then).
Note: We will also send you a blank copy of the organization member list as a spare.

(1) Inagi city school physical education facility group usage registration application (2) Group member list (3) Copy of group member's ID card (only if necessary)
Note: Regarding (1) and (2), please check if there are any changes in the printed contents and return them to the Education General Affairs Division.

Submission method
Please mail it to the Education General Affairs Division or submit it at each window (Education General Affairs Division, General Gymnasium, Cultural Center).
Reception period and notification method
Applications will be accepted at any time from April 3, 2023. Notification of approval of continued registration will be mailed to the representative.
Reception schedule
1st period: Received from April 3rd to 30th → Scheduled to be shipped at the end of May 2nd period: Received from May 1st to May 31st → Scheduled to be shipped at the end of June Note: Submissions after June will be processed as needed Therefore, please note that you may not be in time for the lottery reservation from July 1st. Approval will only be granted after all missing documents are complete. Notification of missing documents will be sent to the contact person or representative by phone or by message from the public facility reservation system to the group.
