50UP course “Designing your own senior life from the age of 50”

Would you like to design your own senior life from the age of 50?
This year's theme is ``exercise'' and ``social participation (connections with people),'' which are important for living a lively and healthy life.
This course is a 9-part online course where you can take a set of a gymnastics class taught by a sports club instructor (about 45 minutes in the first half) and an introduction to hobby activities that form the basis of social participation (about 45 minutes in the second half).
You can use the ZOOM app on your computer or smartphone to receive lessons in the warmth of your home even in the cold winter. Why not think about your future "life" while having fun taking the course?
