Inagi City home medical care cooperation map has been released

Last updated: March 15, 2023

Inagi City is implementing the "Home Medical Care/Nursing Care Collaboration Promotion Project" with the aim of promoting collaboration between related institutions such as medical institutions and nursing care service providers to provide integrated home medical care and nursing care services so that elderly people who require both medical care and nursing care can continue to live their own lives in the communities they are familiar with until the end.
As part of this effort, we have created the "Inagi City Home Medical Care and Nursing Cooperation Map," which lists medical institutions and nursing care service providers in each of the four areas of Inagi City. We hope you will find it useful.

Note: The information posted was researched from October to December 2020. The listed facilities are those that have given consent to be included in the "Inagi City Home Medical Care Collaboration Map."
