We have concluded an agreement to deepen and promote the community-based comprehensive care system and contribute to the community through public-private partnerships using the Kiraboshi Bank Inagi Koyodai Branch Office building.

Updated: April 24, 2024

The city, Tokyo Kiraboshi Financial Group Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Watanabe Hisanobu; hereinafter referred to as "Tokyo Kiraboshi Financial Group") and its subsidiary Kiraboshi Bank Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Watanabe Hisanobu; hereinafter referred to as "Kiraboshi Bank"), as well as Earth Support Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Moriyama Noriaki; hereinafter referred to as "Earth Support"), which has been contracted by the city to operate the Inagi City Koyodai Comprehensive Support Center, have concluded an agreement on deepening and promoting the community-based comprehensive care system and contributing to the community through public-private partnerships utilising the Kiraboshi Bank Inagi Koyodai Branch Office building.
The purpose of this agreement is to further deepen and promote the community-based comprehensive care system through public-private partnerships that Inagi City is promoting by operating the center based on collaboration and cooperation between the four parties.

History of public-private partnerships

More than 10 years have passed since the Inagi City Koyodai Community Comprehensive Support Center opened, and as the number of elderly people in the area has increased, the number of staff has also increased. The center was considering relocating due to the fact that the number of elderly people in the area would continue to increase in the future and that the center was too small to use as a community space. However, with the relocation of Kiraboshi Bank's Inagi Koyodai Branch into the Inagi Branch in August 2023, the city approached the center about making effective use of the Inagi Koyodai Branch, which is currently only operating as an ATM corner, and the decision was made to relocate.
