Application for High-Cost Long-Term Care Combined Medical Expenses

The total amount of the co-payments of the medical care system for the elderly paid by the household in one year (from August 1st of each year to July 31st of the following year) and the amount paid by the user of long-term care insurance is the self-pay amount in the table below. If the amount exceeds the maximum burden, if you apply and it is approved, the excess amount will be refunded from the medical care system for the elderly and the long-term care insurance system.
Applicants will receive an application form from the Regional Union around March every year. If you are not sure whether this applies to you, please contact us.
