To prevent heatstroke, it is important to take measures appropriate for each location.
Please refer to the following and take appropriate measures.
In addition, starting from fiscal year 2024, a "special heatstroke alert" will be issued when temperatures become particularly high and there is a risk of serious health damage due to heatstroke.
Stay out of the heat and protect yourself
Indoors
- Adjust the temperature of the room by using air conditioners and fans, etc.
- Use blackout curtains, bamboo blinds, and sprinkling water

- Be especially careful on hot days
Outdoors
- Wearing a parasol or hat
- Use of shade, frequent breaks
- Avoid going out during the day as much as possible on sunny days
Avoid body heat
- Wear breathable, moisture-wicking, quick-drying clothing
- Cool your body with ice packs, ice, cold towels, etc.
Replenish water frequently
- Whether indoors or outdoors, even if you don't feel thirsty, replenish water, salt, and sports drinks frequently.
