Ordinance on the Management of Inagi City Cemeteries and Related Matters

If you intend to newly operate a cemetery, columbarium, or crematorium (hereinafter referred to as "cemeteries, etc.") within Inagi City, or if you wish to change or abolish them, you must obtain permission from the Mayor of Inagi City in accordance with Article 10 of the Law Concerning Cemeteries and Burials.
For procedures and regulations, please refer to the "Ordinance on the Permission for the Management of Cemeteries, etc. in Inagi City" and the "Enforcement Regulations of the Ordinance on the Permission for the Management of Cemeteries, etc. in Inagi City" (hereinafter referred to as "ordinance, etc."). Be sure to consult with the Living Environment Division in advance.
Additionally, if there are any changes to the name or representative of the permitted cemeteries, etc., you are required to notify the city in accordance with the provisions of the ordinance, etc.

Standards for the Development of Cemeteries in Inagi City

This indicates certain standards when developing cemeteries in Inagi City.

Areas that restrict the development of cemeteries

1. Urban planning facility area defined by the City Planning Act
2. Within the planning area based on the Land Readjustment Project Act
3. Community conservation green area as indicated in the land use basic policy of the Inagi City Urban Planning Master Plan (see diagram)
4. Urbanization Control Area
