The city planning map is scheduled to be reflected from the fiscal year 2025.

About Height Districts

Please check the types of height districts from the legend of the Inagi City City Planning Map.
The height restrictions for each type are as shown in the figure below. For more detailed restriction information, please refer to the Inagi City City Planning Map (Overview).

• There are districts that set maximum height limits for buildings and structures in the District Plan. For details, please check the location of the District Plan and the list of planning documents.
• In the construction projects of mid-rise buildings, those with a height exceeding 10 meters fall under the application scope of the Inagi City Land Development Guidelines. For the maximum height limits, please refer to the guidelines regarding the maximum height of mid-rise buildings constructed in Inagi City.
• For restrictions on northern side, road, and neighboring land slope lines under the Building Standards Act, please contact the Tokyo Tama Building Guidance Office.
