Restrictions on Road Occupation Based on Article 37 of the Road Act
Regarding the restrictions on the occupation of roads designated as emergency transport roads based on Article 37 of the Road Act
In the event of a disaster, in order to prevent the expansion of damage such as hindering the passage of emergency vehicles and the evacuation of local residents due to the collapse of utility poles, we will prohibit or restrict the occupation of new utility poles on emergency transport roads based on the provisions of Article 37 of the Road Act.
Road Route Names and Areas with Usage Restrictions
The restricted areas are as specified in the list of designated routes and the route map.
Properties Subject to Restrictions
Newly installed utility poles on the ground (excluding those replaced or relocated due to poles that were permitted for use before the start date of the occupancy restrictions)
However, if there are unavoidable projects that require placing utility poles on the ground due to disasters or accidents, and it is recognized that land cannot be immediately secured outside the municipal road, this does not apply.
Reasons for Restrictions
To prevent the expansion of damage in the event of a disaster by prohibiting or restricting the occupation of roads
Start Date of Occupancy Restrictions
